Jesse is the managing partner and
founder of George & Co. After many years apprenticeship in the Dallas
area, he moved back home to Palestine in 1982.
Jesse earned a Bachelors in Business Administration - Accounting from Texas
A&M (College Station) and a Masters of Business Administration - Taxation
from North Texas State University (Denton).
He
received his Texas Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1980.
As a tax practitioner, his experience includes all areas of taxation -
including: Federal income, estate/gift tax, state income tax, and foreign
income tax.
His many years of experience in business enable him to provide the highest
level of tax planning, preparation, and representation before taxing
authorities and their attorneys.
Jesse has also performed a number of business valuations in the context of
litigation, tax and estate planning that cover different
industries and valuation issues.
